Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be in original, unused condition—this means unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Altered, worn, or customized items cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only, which can be used on future purchases.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable service.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with detailed photos and/or videos. Our team will assess the situation and assist you accordingly.
